What will teaching in the 21st century be like?

In the Mr. Dance lot the central message of this video, is that it teaches from a lecture on a smart board is not the way a class of this type should be taught. The case for this conclusion is that the students are not being taught how to dance. Teaching involves more than a lecture. They are only told how the dance steps should be done. In conclusion this is not the way a dance class should be taught. The students also need to practice the dance steps alone with the instructor to learn how the dance should be done. The class needs to be prepared for their final.

Flipping the classrooms is a new concept that engages students to use technology. Students are assigned a video to be view at home to be prepared for class the next day. The children will then have opportunity to ask questions about what they have watched on the video in the classroom. The teacher will be able to help them if they do not understand something about what they have seen on the video.

  1. "In conclusion this is not the way a dance class should be taught." This is not the way any class should be taught. Students should be actively engaged in the learning process.

"How it affect educator" How it affects...

"Robert views on teaching changing are on point." Robert's views on how teaching is changing or evolving are on point or are accurate.

"Harness your students digital smarts video by Vicki Davis" This is not a complete thought or sentence.

"Students are assigned a video to be view at home to be prepared for class the next day." This sentence needs to be rephrased to make sense.

  2. I believe that technology is doing really great throughout the schools lately. It seems like it is changing everyday. I hope that I will be able to use technology in my classroom one day. I think that these videos gave great ideas to show what it takes to be a great teacher and how to be a bad teacher. I plan on using some of these ideas to help myself become a better teacher.
